Frequently Asked Questions

Where is your meat raised and processed?
Our meat is 100% raised, processed, packed and shipped in the USA. It is procured from family farms in Idaho, Montana, and Iowa. It is then processed and shipped out of our Chicagoland area distribution center.
Is the meat frozen or fresh?
The meat comes to you frozen so it can be as fresh as possible. The meat is frozen shortly after production to keep the flavor sealed and ready to cook.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in the continental United States.
When will it be delivered?
You will receive a tracking number once the package has been shipped.
Can I skip a month? How?

What is your refund policy?
If your box is damaged during delivery, thawed out from late carrier delivery or missing items, we will issue you a refund. Please let our support team know immediately and we will make sure you are taken care of.
What is your return policy?
Please do not return the meat to us for any reason. The boxes are carefully constructed to keep the meat frozen for the specified time it takes to get to your location.
