Bacon Cheeseburger Garbage Bread

Description:
The perfect food for Sunday Night Football
Ingredients:
  • 2lbs Ground Beef
  • 30 slices (12oz) American cheese slices
  • All purpose flour for dusting
  • 1 1/2lbs store bought pizza dough, at room temperature
  • 5 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 12 strips bacon, broken in half
  • 1 jar (32oz) dill pickle chips
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper To Taste
Steps:
  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. 2 Heat large skilled over medium heat
  3. 3 Add the beef and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through
  4. 4 Roughly chop half of the cheese, leaving other half as slices, set aside
  5. 5 Using a slotted spoon, remove beef from skillet and transfer into large bowl; discard the fat and liquid from the pan. Let beef cool in the bowl, stir in the chopped cheese
  6. 6 On lightly floured work surface, roll dough into a 20-by-14 inch rectangle
  7. 7 Arrange beef and cheese mixture evenly on half the dough, starting on the shorter end and leaving one inch border on the sides
  8. 8 Drizzle 2 tablespoons ketchup evenly over the beef mixture and the uncovered half of the dough
  9. 9 Repeat with with all of the mustard, and then red onion
  10. 10 Lay down the remaining cheese slices evenly over half of the dough with no beef mixture leaving a 1 inch border on the sides
  11. 11 Arrange the bacon pieces and 26 dill pickle chips just over beef mixture
  12. 12 Working from the short side with the beef mixture, tightly roll up the dough into a log
  13. 13 Pinch the open ends together to seal, tuck them underneath the log
  14. 14 Transfer the log, seam side down, to prepared baking sheet, brush all over with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  15. 15 Bake for about 40 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through until bread is golden brown
  16. 16 While bread bakes, whisk together mayonnaise, onion flakes, sugar, pinch of salt and pepper, the remaining 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped dill pickle chips and 1 teaspoon of pickle brine in a small bowl - salt if needed
  17. 17 Let bread cool for 10 minutes and serve
