Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

Description:
Want delicious buffalo chicken wings without deep frying? Then this is the perfect recipe for you!
Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds Chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • pinch Cracked pepper
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey, white sugar, or brown sugar (adjust to suit your taste)
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled blue cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper To Taste
Steps:
  1. 1 Pat dry chicken wings to get rid of moisture.
  2. 2 The key to the perfect crispy wings is baking powder! In small bowl, combine the baking powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper together. Whisk well to combine.
  3. 3 Toss the wings through the baking powder mixture until evenly coated.
  4. 4 Arrange on rack, leaving about 1 inch of space between each wing.
  5. 5 Bake for 30 minutes, flip, and then continue to cook until crisp and golden brown.
  6. 6 When thoroughly cooked, toss wings through sauce to evenly coat.
  7. 7 Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
  8. 8 Instructions for Blue Cheese: Combine ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk until smooth. Serve with fresh wings.
  9. 9 Instructions for Buffalo Sauce: Whisk together hot sauce, melted butter and sugar. Toss wings through sauce until they are evenly coated.
