Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

Want delicious buffalo chicken wings without deep frying? Then this is the perfect recipe for you!
Ingredients:
- 4 pounds Chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- pinch Cracked pepper
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons honey, white sugar, or brown sugar (adjust to suit your taste)
- 1/2 cup Crumbled blue cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper To Taste
Steps:
- 1 Pat dry chicken wings to get rid of moisture.
- 2 The key to the perfect crispy wings is baking powder! In small bowl, combine the baking powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper together. Whisk well to combine.
- 3 Toss the wings through the baking powder mixture until evenly coated.
- 4 Arrange on rack, leaving about 1 inch of space between each wing.
- 5 Bake for 30 minutes, flip, and then continue to cook until crisp and golden brown.
- 6 When thoroughly cooked, toss wings through sauce to evenly coat.
- 7 Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
- 8 Instructions for Blue Cheese: Combine ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk until smooth. Serve with fresh wings.
- 9 Instructions for Buffalo Sauce: Whisk together hot sauce, melted butter and sugar. Toss wings through sauce until they are evenly coated.
