  • Drizzle Extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher Salt and Ground Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 cup Your favorite barbeque sauce
  1. 1 Prepare grill for cooking at high heat - about 450 degrees
  2. 2 Drizzle the breasts with extra virgin olive oil and rub over meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Place the chicken breasts on hot grill. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until they are easily removed from the grate. Flip chicken and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. 4 Baste chicken breasts with barbeque sauce. Flip and cook each side for an additional 2 minutes. Cook until outside is firm to touch
  5. 5 Serve with more barbeque sauce if desired.
  6. 6 To Cook In Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Drizzle breasts with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush on the top side of chicken with barbeque sauce and return to oven to cook for 5 to 8 minutes longer - or until sauce bubbles and begins to char.
