Ingredients:
- 1 4oz package chili mix
- 2 15oz cans black beans
- 1 14.5oz can cut tomatoes
- 2 cups ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 cups water
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 hot dog buns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 2 cups green onions, chopped
Steps:
- 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 Add all ingredients to an oval roasting pan and stir together. If you prefer a thinner chili, add more water until desired consistency is reached.
- 3 Bake the chili in a preheated oven until desired thickness is reached (about 1 hour).
- 4 Boil or grill hot dogs and place each in a bun. Cut each hot dog into thirds and top with chili.
- 5 Sprinkle with cheese, top with desired amount of tomatoes, avocado, and green onions.
- 6 Bonus: Serve remaining chili in small bowls for guests to enjoy.
