Easy Beef Nachos

These Easy Beef Nachos are perfect for any occasion
Ingredients:
- 5 cups tortilla chips
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 medium green onions, sliced
- 2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
Steps:
- 1 Heat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 Line 12 inch pan with foil, spray with cooking spray
- 3 Spread half chips evenly on pan
- 4 In 8 inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown, drain
- 5 Stir in taco seasoning and mix in green chilis
- 6 Cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer or until beef is thoroughly cooked and seasoning is well combined
- 7 Arrange half of beef mixture on chips. Top with half of other toppings.
- 8 Repeat layers with cheese
- 9 Bake 10 to 12 mixtures or until cheese is melted
