Description:
A delicious and simple meatball recipe for your spaghetti or your subs!
Ingredients:
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Pound Ground Pork
- 1/2 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Onion, diced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan, shredded
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Steps:
- 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix. Make sure you do not overmix! For the best tasting meatballs, you want to make sure not to overwork them while you are combining the ingredients. If you do overmix, the meatball will be tougher so do your best to mix it just enough.
- 3 Once the meat and other ingredients are mixed, form the meat into small balls. Make sure that they are all about the same size so that they all cook evenly.
- 4 (Optional): If your meat is extra lean, or there is little fat to it, add a dash of olive oil or fat to keep the meatballs tender.
- 5 If you like your meatballs to have extra flavor, add in extra parmesan, breadcrumbs, or italian seasoning.
- 6 Bake 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.
